The main responsibilities include leading and executing core initiatives, translating strategic visions into actionable roadmaps, and driving rapid implementation from prototype to production. The role also involves architecting scalable solutions and achieving critical milestones to support the department's growth and potential spin-off. The role requires a high-agency builder mindset, proven domain expertise, and the drive to take extreme end-to-end ownership. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are essential. The position offers a high-growth environment with complete autonomy, direct reporting to the department founder, and collaboration with a world-class team. The role is 100% remote, with the candidate based in Europe or the Americas, or open to relocation.
