Electro-optical Signal Integrity

The role of Electro-optical Signal Integrity involves working on high-frequency electrical interfaces for next-generation optical engines, focusing on 400G/lane CPO and beyond. The main day-to-day responsibilities include defining and simulating the architecture of these interfaces, performing co-design across various teams to optimize performance, power efficiency, and signal integrity. This role also involves testing, characterizing, and qualifying components and integrated systems, as well as developing and validating end-to-end link budgets. Additionally, the role requires analyzing and interpreting measurement data to identify performance limitations and drive design improvements, and performing root cause analysis of complex signal integrity issues. To qualify for this role, candidates must be approved interns for the 2027 calendar year. This position is subject to U.S. export control laws and regulations, including the Export Administration Regulations (EAR).
