Global Health Economics & Outcomes Research Lead (m/f/d)

Grünenthal, a privately‑owned pharmaceutical group focused on pain management, seeks a Global Health Economics & Outcomes Research Lead to steer evidence‑generation strategies that support reimbursement, patient access and commercial launch of both pipeline and marketed products. The position is based in various European locations (Austria, Belgium, Switzerland, Germany, Denmark, Spain, France, United Kingdom, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Portugal) and offers permanent, full‑time employment with mobile‑work flexibility. In this role you will design integrated evidence plans that combine real‑world data and economic modelling to satisfy payer and country requirements, collaborate with Market Access, Medical Affairs, asset and R&D teams to embed payer‑relevant endpoints, co‑lead research projects and disseminate findings through publications and conferences, and drive early payer dialogue to support HTA submissions such as AMNOG, NICE and JCA. You will also create economic models, value dossiers and innovative tools for launch preparation, adapt global strategies to local market needs, and cultivate relationships with external health‑economic experts, opinion leaders and policymakers while strengthening internal HEOR capabilities. The ideal candidate holds a master’s degree or higher in economics, pharmacy, public health or a related field, and brings eight to twelve years of HEOR and real‑world evidence experience, including a proven record of publishing models and securing HTA value recognition.
