Vendor Excellence Specialist (m/w/d)

Nexi, a payments‑focused company, is looking for a Vendor and Performance Excellence Specialist to join its Operations Excellence team. The role supports Nexi's ambition to shape the future of payments while promoting career growth from within. The specialist drives operational excellence across external vendors and internal service delivery. Responsibilities include defining performance frameworks, monitoring key performance indicators, and leading continuous‑improvement initiatives. The person ensures vendors consistently meet contractual, regulatory and service‑quality expectations and contributes to strategic transformation goals and projects. They will own vendor performance management and reporting. The role contributes to continuous improvement of service delivery processes. Regular KPI reviews help identify improvement opportunities and drive corrective actions. The position is based in either Gland (VD) or Wallisellen (ZH).
