Training & Field Support Specialist (m/f/d)

As a Training & Field Support Specialist you will act as the frontline technical liaison, ensuring that the mine‑clearance systems function reliably worldwide and that customers receive comprehensive support. Your daily work will involve travelling to client locations to carry out maintenance, repairs and system commissioning, as well as diagnosing faults and providing on‑site troubleshooting. You will also conduct technical training sessions for customers, partners and internal staff, assist with prototype builds, factory overhauls and product upgrades, and work closely with engineering to clarify technical issues and manage spare‑part queries. Planning and taking part in international service missions and field trials, you will keep detailed records of service actions, training events and technical observations to feed continuous product improvement. The position requires a completed vocational apprenticeship in mechatronics, agricultural or construction machinery, electronics, or a comparable technical discipline, together with several years of experience in technical service, maintenance, repair or field support. Proven ability to deliver technical or customer training is considered a plus. You must possess strong troubleshooting capabilities, an organized and autonomous work approach, and a customer‑oriented attitude complemented by excellent communication and presentation skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and fluency in both German and English, spoken and written, are mandatory, as is readiness to travel internationally up to 80 % of the time.
