UI/UX Designer - Remote

The position is a contract UI/UX Designer working remotely for a firm that builds training pipelines for cutting‑edge artificial‑intelligence models. The designer’s output will directly influence how those models are taught, reason and act by delivering clear, user‑focused interfaces for data‑collection and evaluation tools. Day‑to‑day duties involve shaping and assessing digital experiences across web and mobile environments, judging how AI‑powered products perform and suggesting concrete improvements. The role requires producing wireframes, interactive mock‑ups and flow diagrams to explore design ideas, partnering with multidisciplinary groups to gather requirements, and clearly recording design rationales both in writing and verbally. Continuous iteration based on metrics and user input, while adhering to industry standards for responsiveness and accessibility, forms a core part of the workflow. Applicants must have a solid record as a UI/UX professional, supported by a portfolio that showcases user‑centric solutions for online or mobile applications. Mastery of tools such as Figma, Sketch or Adobe XD is essential, as are excellent written and spoken communication abilities. A deep grasp of user‑research methods, usability testing and iterative design cycles is required, together with the capacity to absorb feedback quickly and adjust concepts. Knowledge of inclusive design guidelines and a self‑driven, organized work style are also mandatory. Desirable experience includes prior involvement with AI, machine‑learning or data‑intensive products, especially in contexts of model training or evaluation. Comfort thriving in a fast‑moving, collaborative remote setting is a plus.
