Real Estate Agent

We are a Dubai‑based real‑estate brokerage that connects buyers, sellers and renters with properties across the emirate. As a Real Estate Agent you will join a family‑run business that supplies you with daily leads, premium marketing tools, an AI‑driven CRM and a funded RERA licence, allowing you to focus on client relationships and transactions. Your everyday tasks involve meeting prospective clients, understanding their needs, presenting suitable properties, arranging viewings throughout the city and guiding negotiations to a successful close. You will rely on the company's lead‑generation platform, marketing support and CRM to build and manage your pipeline, while using your own vehicle to travel between viewings. To succeed you must be prepared to move to Dubai within one to three months (or already be based there), have roughly six months of savings to support yourself while you develop a client base, and hold a valid driving licence. The role does not require any prior property experience, the firm provides a two‑week academy and ongoing coaching, but you need strong personal drive and discipline to work the hours required. The position offers an uncapped commission structure of 50 %, 70 % of the agency fee, paid daily, with no base salary. The company also covers the RERA licence cost, provides an employment visa and private health insurance, and supplies premium Property Finder packages and dedicated marketing assistance. The office is located in Onyx Tower 2, Office P305, The Greens, Dubai, and the culture features regular quarterly events, weekly and monthly incentives, and managers present on the floor to support agents. What the role asks for: - willing to relocate to Dubai within 1‑3 months - at least six months of personal savings - valid driving licence - strong hunger and self‑discipline - no prior property experience required (training provided)
