CXG, a worldwide leader in customer experience, is looking for freelance luxury brand evaluators to help premium fashion, beauty, jewelry and automotive houses such as Louis Vuitton, Bentley and Prada refine their service. Based in Switzerland – Zürich, Schlieren, Riesbach and Bern – you will join a network that connects more than 80 000 evaluators with iconic names across multiple sectors. Your everyday work will involve selecting missions that match your interests, then either stepping into a boutique or reviewing an online purchase. During each roughly 20‑minute visit you will assess the store’s atmosphere, the quality of assistance and the overall client journey, and record your observations through CXG’s questionnaire platform. The role offers the chance to complete several assignments each month, giving you the flexibility to fit evaluations around your schedule. To qualify you must be at least 18 years old, speak German fluently in both writing and conversation, and be an active consumer of premium or luxury products. You cannot be under contract with any retailer, and you need to be punctual, organized, detail‑oriented, reliable, observant and enthusiastic about customer experience. No previous evaluation experience is required; you simply need to register, fill out your profile, pass the General Certification and then you can apply for missions. The position provides a user‑friendly mobile platform for managing tasks, and compensation varies by mission complexity, with possible reimbursement for approved purchases.
