Cybersecurity Architect - Zero Trust

The company is expanding its security portfolio and seeks a Cybersecurity Architect who will specialize in Zero Trust, helping customers navigate complex IT landscapes and turn security needs into workable solutions. In this role you will sit at the crossroads of business, security, technology and delivery. Daily tasks include reviewing current IT and security setups, pinpointing risks and gaps, and crafting Zero Trust and enterprise‑wide security blueprints. You will produce actionable roadmaps, advise on architecture, strategy and technology choices, and design solutions that span identity management, ZTNA, SASE, network segmentation, cloud and endpoint protection. The position also involves evaluating products, running workshops, guiding architecture discussions, and supporting implementation together with cloud, infrastructure, DevOps and software engineers while helping to evolve cogify’s own security offering. The essential profile demands proven experience in cybersecurity architecture, engineering or consulting, a solid grasp of Zero Trust concepts and related frameworks such as NIST SP 800‑207 or the CISA Zero Trust Maturity Model, and deep knowledge of IAM, ZTNA, SASE, network and cloud security. Candidates must have designed or delivered enterprise security solutions, be adept at assessing technologies, understand enterprise networks, identity and authentication, and be able to convey complex topics clearly to both business and technical audiences.
