To qualify, candidates must have a bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field such as Finance, Economics, or Business Administration. They need 2-5 years of experience in Asset Management or Financial Services, with a strong understanding of financial markets and investment products. Experience in mandate pricing, product pricing, or related functions is advantageous. Strong analytical skills, project management experience, and the ability to collaborate across multiple teams are essential. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are required, along with business fluency in English and German.
