EMEA Regional Events Field Marketing Lead

Point One Navigation creates a unified location platform that powers autonomy, safety and efficiency for sectors ranging from robotics to transportation. The company is looking for an EMEA Regional Events Field Marketing Lead who will own the strategy, planning and execution of European events that drive pipeline and reinforce the brand. The role involves shaping the regional event calendar, building business cases for each opportunity and managing every logistical detail—from booth design and shipping to on‑site coordination and speaker placement. You will partner with Marketing, Sales, Product and Customer Success to ensure pre‑event outreach, lead capture and post‑event follow‑up are tightly aligned, while tracking pipeline, cost per lead and ROI. Managing vendors, venues and local partners across multiple countries, you will also adapt global messaging for European markets and create additional field moments such as roundtables or regional meet‑ups. Candidates need at least seven years of field or event marketing experience in a fast‑growing startup, with a proven record of delivering high‑impact events that generate qualified pipeline. The position requires strong project‑management abilities, budget ownership, vendor negotiation and the capacity to travel up to half of the time across Europe. Fluency in English plus another European language, experience marketing to technical audiences and familiarity with robotics, autonomous systems or related industries are preferred, as is any GNSS background.
