Broker – Cross Currency Desk

Camp de Base is an executive search firm operating in France, Switzerland, and the Benelux region. They are seeking a Broker for the Cross Currency Desk for a Switzerland-based financial sector player. This long-established interdealer broker has a multinational team and a client base across Europe and worldwide. The role involves managing and growing client relationships across Europe, supporting daily order flow, pricing, and execution, and identifying new business opportunities to expand the desk. The team consists of six people, and there are no management responsibilities. The main day-to-day responsibilities include managing and growing client relationships, supporting daily order flow, pricing and execution, identifying new business opportunities, and working with colleagues across the group's offices to deliver a high standard of service. The must-have requirements include 3 to 5 years' experience in financial markets with an established client base, a proven track record within an interdealer brokerage firm, strong knowledge of interest rate derivatives and cross currency products, and fluency in English (native or bilingual level). Professional French is required (B2 minimum). The role also requires a broker background, as banking profiles will not be considered. Nice-to-have skills include solid knowledge of CHF FX forward markets with long-standing relationships with interbank traders, and proficiency in another European language. The role is based in Switzerland, and candidates must already hold the right to work in the country.
