Scientific Assistant in Antenna Array Design and Testing

The company is seeking a Scientific Assistant in Antenna Array Design and Testing, a role that involves designing and refining antenna and antenna array designs in commercial PCB technologies. The company's work includes developing operational systems in cooperation with wireless ICs. The main day-to-day responsibilities of this role include designing and implementing antenna array PCB boards, developing test control PCBs, and setting up measurement environments to support automated testing of antenna arrays. The Scientific Assistant will also lead the execution and analysis of test campaigns, document and investigate test anomalies, and prepare formal test reports. To be considered for this role, candidates must have a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Microelectronics, or a related field, as well as prior experience in applied electromagnetics and antenna designs, and PCB design. Nice-to-have skills include experience in microwave engineering, advanced electromagnetics, and electronics testing using Keysight and R&S equipment. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently, with excellent communication skills in English and a strong commitment to technical excellence.
