Club Competition Services Manager

The Club Competition Services Manager role sits inside UEFA’s Club Competition & Calendar division, based at the headquarters in Nyon. Working for the European governing body of football, the manager will help improve the services offered to clubs that take part in UEFA tournaments and will work closely with them to streamline how the competitions are run. Day‑to‑day duties involve shaping the long‑term operating concept for club events, creating and rolling out engagement plans that give clubs a clear and proactive point of contact, and fostering reliable relationships that support smooth operations. The position requires spotting issues and chances across the various tournaments, tailoring approaches for different club types, and aligning internal departments to guarantee consistent messaging and expectations. It also includes developing communication tools, guiding a modest team in their daily tasks, collecting feedback, reporting performance indicators to senior leadership, and representing the unit in cross‑departmental working groups. Applicants must bring a solid track record in stakeholder handling, operational coordination or club‑focused roles within top‑level sport, as well as direct experience in a club competition setting.
