Senior Product Manager (m/f/d)

The role of Senior Product Manager at CALIDA involves shaping the future of Menswear and Kidswear collections. The main day-to-day responsibilities include developing category strategies, identifying market opportunities, and translating consumer needs into impactful product concepts. The role involves owning the assortment and price architecture, analyzing performance data, and driving category performance and profitability. Collaboration with various departments, such as Design, Brand Merchandising, Operations, Marketing, Sales, and Controlling, is crucial. The Senior Product Manager will also lead and develop Junior Product Managers, coordinate collection-related information, and continuously improve processes and tools. To qualify for this role, candidates must have 8+ years of experience in Product or Category Management within the apparel or textile industry. A degree in Business Administration, Apparel Management, or a comparable field is required, along with strong expertise in apparel and textiles. Experience in bodywear or nightwear is considered a plus. Fluency in German and English is essential, as is the ability to travel when needed. Nice-to-have skills include a strong sense for trends, strategic and analytical thinking, and the ability to connect consumer needs with brand objectives and business goals. Leadership experience and the ability to develop people and collaborate across functions are also valued.
