Customer Support & Nutrition Specialist (German)

The position of Customer Support & Nutrition Specialist (German) is with a fast‑growing dietary‑supplement firm that blends Swiss research with digital health tools to promote longevity and wellbeing. Based remotely within two hours of GMT 0, the role supports customers while delivering evidence‑based nutrition advice in German and English. Daily duties involve acting as the primary nutrition contact point, answering queries through email, chat, social media and phone with a friendly, solution‑focused approach. The specialist applies nutrition science knowledge to guide users on supplements and healthy living, helps produce and proofread FAQs, newsletters and service articles, and collects feedback to spot trends that can improve products and processes. Maintaining internal and external knowledge bases and collaborating with science, product, and marketing teams are also key parts of the job. Applicants must hold a degree in nutrition science, ecotrophology or a similar discipline and have at least one year of professional nutrition experience. Fluency in German and solid English communication skills are required; prior customer‑service exposure, strong empathy, and confidence with digital tools such as help‑desk systems and Google Suite are expected. Additional language abilities in Italian or French are advantageous.
