Part-Time Elderly Care Assistant in Pully, Lausanne

A part‑time Elderly Care Assistant will support an elderly couple, Papie (86) and Mamie (83), who live in Pully near Lausanne. The position involves three days each week—Monday, Wednesday and Friday—for three to four hours per day, and the primary language required is English. The assistant’s daily tasks include helping Papie with showering, accompanying him to the grocery store and buying his lottery ticket, and providing companionship while Mamie is away. For Mamie, the role covers organizing paperwork, clothing and storage, as well as general household assistance. Both seniors benefit from a friendly presence, and the assistant may occasionally place food orders from their favourite Lebanese restaurants using Uber Eats. Applicants must hold a valid Swiss or EU passport or a Swiss work permit, enjoy interacting with older adults, feel comfortable providing personal care, and be organized enough to help around the home. Familiarity with mobile ordering apps such as Uber Eats is also required, and fluency in English is essential. Prior experience in elderly care is considered advantageous but not mandatory. The family is looking for a reliable, caring individual who can develop a long‑term relationship with the couple, making this a stable, ongoing opportunity in a pleasant residential setting.
