Aqua Control

The Aqua Control position places you on a hotel pool or beach site in Greece, where you become the primary guardian of water safety for guests enjoying their holidays. Though the employer is not named, the role is embedded within a hospitality setting that relies on your vigilance to keep swimming areas secure. Each workday you will monitor the pool or shoreline throughout opening hours, applying safety regulations calmly and professionally. You remain attentive even during quiet periods, ready to intervene instantly if a swimmer needs help, and you are expected to administer first‑aid treatment when required. Your presence alone is meant to deter accidents while you maintain an environment where visitors can relax without danger. The essential qualifications include a current Lifeguard licence or equivalent certification, proven competence in rescue techniques and first‑aid provision, and the ability to sustain concentration for extended stretches. You must communicate effectively in English, be physically fit and mentally sharp, and possess the responsibility required for the role; prior experience is advantageous but not mandatory beyond the certification. The seasonal contract offers full‑time work, typically five to six days a week, with housing and meals supplied near the workplace, eliminating personal housing searches and reducing daily expenses. Relocating to Greece lets you live where tourists vacation, enjoying sunsets and a Mediterranean ambience after shifts. Completing the season provides international work experience, documented emergency‑handling skills, and professional references that can enhance future career prospects.
