The Senior Associate, Treasury Strategy & Technology role sits within a global advisory practice that helps leading corporations redesign their treasury functions. The team combines deep financial expertise with the latest technology, artificial intelligence and digital‑transformation know‑how to create strategic value for clients worldwide. On a daily basis you will advise international companies on complex treasury, risk‑management and cash‑management issues, concentrating on technology architecture, system selection and digital change. You will lead large‑scale transformation programmes, embed AI and machine learning into cash‑flow forecasting, liquidity optimisation, fraud detection and risk modelling, and deliver thought‑leadership on regulatory compliance and operational efficiency. Collaboration with a worldwide network of specialists in strategy, technology, risk and finance is a core part of the work. The position requires three to six years of relevant experience in treasury consulting, treasury technology or a corporate treasury role with a strong systems focus. A university degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Financial Engineering, Computer Science or a related field is mandatory, with a master's degree preferred. Professional certification such as CFA, FRM, CTP or an equivalent qualification is essential. Candidates must possess deep financial analysis and risk‑management skills, hands‑on experience with at least one leading Treasury Management System, and solid knowledge of treasury processes including cash, liquidity, payments, bank connectivity and debt management. A strong understanding of AI/ML applications to financial processes and fluent English (written and spoken) are also required. The role offers a dynamic, international environment across multiple industries and geographies, providing opportunities to expand a global professional network. Additional language abilities, especially German or French, are considered a strong plus, as is a master's degree. The team values innovative thinking, collaborative problem‑solving and the ability to thrive in fast‑paced, cross‑functional projects.
