SAP User / Specialist - Remote

The position of SAP User / Specialist is a remote contract role that supports a client’s day‑to‑day business by leveraging the SAP ERP platform. The focus is on practical usage of the system rather than deep technical configuration, helping the organization achieve reliable and efficient outcomes. Each day you will work inside the Finance, Materials Management and Sales & Distribution areas of SAP, entering, updating and checking business records to keep the database accurate. You will also produce routine reports, analyse the results and share insights that aid process improvement. Collaboration with colleagues is essential for documenting current workflows, suggesting enhancements, and maintaining adherence to established data‑quality standards. When user‑level problems arise, you will diagnose and resolve them, escalating only when necessary, and you will produce clear written notes describing your findings and procedures. The role requires at least two years of direct experience operating SAP, with solid familiarity across FI, MM and SD components. Candidates must be comfortable navigating the system, performing data‑entry tasks, and interpreting report outputs. Strong written and spoken communication, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to solve issues quickly in a fast‑moving remote setting are mandatory. Proven teamwork in achieving collective objectives is also expected. Desirable extras include prior experience guiding other SAP users, exposure to additional modules such as CO, and a background in AI‑training or data‑annotation projects.
