The position is a Real Estate Agent for a Dubai‑based brokerage that operates on a commission‑only model. Agents earn 50 %, 70 % of the agency fee on every transaction, with payments made daily and no salary cap. The firm supplies all leads, marketing assets, a CRM system and funds the mandatory RERA licence, allowing newcomers to start without prior property experience. On a typical day you will meet prospective buyers, sellers and renters, present properties, guide clients through market information and negotiate deals until they close. The company routes eight fresh leads to each agent every day via its top‑ranked Property Finder partnership, and you will use the in‑house AI‑driven CRM and premium listing packages to manage those prospects. To be considered you must be prepared to move to Dubai within one to three months (or already be based there), have roughly six months of personal savings to cover living costs while you build a client base, and hold a valid driving licence for city‑wide viewings. The role does not require any previous real‑estate background; instead the brokerage provides a two‑week training academy and covers the RERA licence fee. Candidates also need to demonstrate strong personal drive and self‑discipline, and be willing to work full‑time on‑site.
