JB Hunt is a logistics company. The Manager Trainee will support daily operations at the Denver distribution hub, focusing on inbound/outbound logistics, inventory control, and team coordination. The trainee will also shadow senior managers to learn best-in-class supply-chain practices. The main responsibilities include managing logistics, controlling inventory, and coordinating teams. The trainee will also work on cross-functional leadership projects and receive mentorship from industry veterans. The role requires a recent bachelor's graduate with strong analytical abilities, excellent communication skills, and 1–2 years of experience in retail, logistics, or a fast-paced customer-service environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and data-driven decision-making are essential. The trainee must be willing to work flexible shifts.
