The role sits within the HR Business Technology team, which is responsible for maintaining a cutting‑edge HR technology landscape and delivering accurate employee data across the bank’s applications. In this position you will act as the Workday HCM subject‑matter expert, providing advice and support to business specialists on functional matters. You will be accountable for the technical health of the Workday tenant, handling configuration tasks and driving continuous enhancements that meet both business demands and regulatory requirements. Daily work includes collaborating with stakeholders, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the system remains stable and up‑to‑date. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Management Information Systems or a comparable field, and possesses deep knowledge of Workday modules such as Core HCM, Recruiting and Security. Several years of hands‑on configuration experience, together with a track record of coordinating HR‑technology projects, stakeholder management, and risk handling, are required. Strong analytical and conceptual abilities, a solution‑focused attitude, and the capacity to work flexibly in a changing environment are essential. Fluency in English, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and a discreet, client‑oriented work style are also mandatory. Additional assets include a Workday Pro certification and the ability to navigate a multicultural stakeholder base.
