[EQP] Sales Coordinator Intern

Equip Sport seeks a Sales Coordinator Intern to support its sales team and contribute to the company's growth and operational efficiency. Equip Sport, founded in 2021 with backing from the Nidecker Group, aims to provide premium sports equipment accessibly. The company operates internationally, managing partnerships and stations across Europe and North America, with a base in Rolle, Switzerland, near Lake Geneva and the Alps. The Sales Coordinator Intern will work closely with the Head of Business Development and various internal departments. Daily tasks include coordinating the launch of new partnerships, liaising with internal teams for deal execution, monitoring timelines, supporting post-signature activities, providing regular updates on sales activities, and contributing to the improvement of sales processes. The role also involves creating pitch decks and commercial offers for partners. To excel in this role, candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, and some experience in sales, marketing, business development, or account coordination. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and solve problems proactively, are essential. A strong interest in the outdoor and sports industry is a plus. Nice-to-have skills include experience with CRM tools or AI-based tools. The role is based in Rolle, Switzerland, offering a dynamic and collaborative environment. The internship is expected to last 6 to 12 months, starting in October or November 2026.
