Your main responsibilities will include managing client interactions, conducting property viewings, and closing deals. You will receive comprehensive support, including a two-week academy led by a UK-certified trainer and ongoing mentorship from experienced senior brokers. The company provides all necessary tools and resources, such as a RERA licence, employment visa, and private health insurance, at no cost to the employee. To qualify for this role, you must be ready to relocate to Dubai within 1-3 months or already be in the UAE. A valid driving licence is essential for client viewings. No prior property or sales experience is required, but a strong work ethic, discipline, and willingness to work full-time hours are crucial.
