Creative Designer - Remote

micro1 is seeking a Creative & Design Specialist to work on a customer project. The company focuses on graphic design, multimedia production, UI/UX, motion graphics, and creative workflows. The role involves using professional design expertise to evaluate and improve AI-generated creative outputs, providing high-quality human feedback for AI training. The main day-to-day responsibilities include completing structured creative tasks using various tools such as Figma, Canva, Adobe After Effects, and others. The role also involves evaluating AI-generated designs, images, videos, and multimedia outputs for quality, usability, accuracy, and realism. Additionally, the specialist will review creative outputs against professional design standards, provide detailed annotations, ratings, and constructive feedback, and document observations to recommend improvements to creative workflows and tool usage. To qualify, candidates must have experience in graphic design, video editing, motion graphics, and UI/UX design. Proficiency with tools like Figma, Canva, Adobe After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, CorelDRAW, CLO3D, Camtasia, Adobe Lightroom, Mural, and Milanote is required. Prior paid experience in human-data work for AI models is essential, as experience only using AI tools to create content does not meet this requirement. Nice-to-have skills include 2+ years of professional experience in related creative fields, a strong understanding of professional creative workflows and quality standards, and strong written and verbal English communication skills at a B2 level or above.
