Mobile Mapping Operator

Terry Soot Management Group (TSMG) is a field‑data collection firm founded in 2017, operating across Europe and North America. The company gathers non‑automated data, photos, video, speech recordings and scans, to support detailed decision‑making for clients. The Mobile Mapping Operator will drive a vehicle equipped with a roof‑mounted 360° camera, follow assigned routes through streets, commercial districts and historic sites, and capture high‑quality imagery. When weather degrades image quality, the operator may need to revisit locations to ensure usable data for a major online map. The ideal applicant enjoys driving, is familiar with local geography and traffic patterns, and demonstrates strong responsibility and reliability. The assignment runs for at least eight months, covering multiple city and state zones, with a standard schedule of Monday‑Friday, eight hours per day (40 h weekly) and the option to work additional hours. TSMG's field teams are spread across Europe and North America, ready to take on new challenges as the project progresses. No specific certifications or prior experience are listed, so the focus is on personal reliability and local knowledge. What the role asks for: - Enjoys driving - Good knowledge of the local area - Familiar with traffic trends - Highly responsible and reliable - Available Monday‑Friday, 8 h per day - Willing to work more than 8 h if needed
