Safety Health and Environmental (SHE) Specialist

The Safety Health and Environmental (SHE) Specialist at Ecolab will carry out daily safety and environmental inspections, design and present training sessions, and guarantee that the San Bernardino plant meets all applicable federal, state and local rules. Working closely with operations, maintenance and management, the specialist will spot hazards, apply corrective measures and lead continuous‑improvement projects that raise both safety standards and environmental results. In addition, the role acts as the main contact for incident investigations and for planning emergency responses, ensuring swift and effective actions when issues arise.
