The role involves welcoming and accompanying guests at private events in Geneva's Old Town, Eaux-Vives, and lakeside estates. The main responsibilities include welcoming and accompanying VIP guests at various events, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience, and coordinating details such as arrivals, seating, and special requests. The role also involves liaising between clients, providers, and on-site teams to ensure all expectations are met. To qualify, candidates must have experience in VIP relations, luxury hospitality, or high-end events. Impeccable presentation, elegance, and strong interpersonal skills are essential. Candidates must also have composure, a sense of protocol, and the ability to maintain confidentiality. Availability during evenings and events is required. Fluency in French and English is mandatory, with additional languages being an asset.
