The main responsibilities of the Technical Engagement Lead include managing client relationships, defining project objectives, and ensuring high-quality engineering outcomes. This role requires a hands-on approach to implementation, guiding the technical solution, and leading the team to create a high-performing environment. The lead will also identify new business opportunities and contribute to pre-sales and new client engagements, ensuring the successful delivery of projects. To excel in this role, candidates must have 5–8 years of relevant experience, with a strong engineering background and significant ownership of technical projects or client engagements. Deep expertise in areas such as GenAI, AI Engineering, Data Engineering, Cloud & Data Platforms, or ML/Data Science is essential. The ability to design, implement, review, and debug production systems, as well as lead engineers or teams, is crucial. Effective communication with clients and senior stakeholders, along with the ability to build trust quickly, is also required. Nice-to-have skills include experience in consulting or client-facing services.
