Kanadevia Inova, a worldwide leader in waste‑to‑X technology, seeks an Equipment & Packages Engineering Manager to oversee the “Equipment & Packages Engineering” work package, which covers Balance of Plant, the Water‑Steam Cycle and flue‑gas‑treatment components. The role contributes directly to converting waste into valuable outputs such as energy, heat, hydrogen and fertilizer. The manager will prepare engineering documentation for internal teams and external partners, ensure purchasing lots and engineering deliverables meet schedule, quality and budget targets, and lead a multidisciplinary team of mechanical, process and arrangement engineers. Daily duties include negotiating with suppliers, tracking progress, allocating resources and coordinating communication across the Zurich office and other locations to meet sub‑project objectives. Applicants must hold a mechanical engineering degree (FH/ETH) and have at least five years of project‑management experience, solid mechanical and process knowledge—preferably from industrial plant construction—and strong MS Office, negotiation and resilience skills. Fluency in English, German or additional languages is advantageous. The position offers a collaborative international environment, personal growth through the Inova Academy, and a centrally located workplace with excellent transport links and modern facilities.
