A German Customer Service Representative will join a leading global outsourcing partner operating from a modern hub in Athens, Greece, where the team supports prestigious brands across technology, retail and travel sectors. The position places you at the front line of customer interaction, handling inquiries through phone, email or chat, delivering technical troubleshooting, billing assistance and product information while turning each contact into a positive experience. To be eligible, candidates must hold EU citizenship, demonstrated by a valid passport or national ID, and possess native‑level or C1 German proficiency together with at least B2 English for internal communication.
