Gestionnaire RH - Recrutement & Développement - 60 - 80%

Sanet Nettoyages SA is expanding and aims to enhance its Human Resources (HR) function. The company seeks to create a more structured, proactive HR department capable of addressing the company's human and organizational challenges. To achieve this, Sanet is creating a new role: Gestionnaire RH, Recrutement & Développement, which will operate at 60% to 80% capacity, with the potential for increased hours based on the function's development and the company's needs. The main responsibilities of the Gestionnaire RH, Recrutement & Développement include overseeing the recruitment process, from understanding and challenging needs with managers to making hiring decisions. This role will also involve structuring a cohesive and professional candidate experience, from initial contact to onboarding. Additionally, the position requires building and evolving integration paths to ensure new hires are effective and autonomous. The role will contribute to developing a comprehensive approach to skill development, including identifying needs, proposing actions, and implementing training plans. The Gestionnaire RH will also act as a strategic HR partner to operational managers, analyzing situations, providing expertise, and making recommendations. Furthermore, the role involves identifying areas for improvement and leading HR projects, from concept to implementation. The position also includes developing HR metrics and dashboards to guide decision-making and set future HR priorities. To qualify for this role, candidates must have a Brevet fédéral de spécialiste en ressources humaines or an equivalent qualification. A minimum of three years of experience in a generalist HR role or a role focused on recruitment and development is required. Candidates must have proven experience in recruitment and a strong understanding of Swiss labor law and social insurance. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR information systems is essential, as is excellent French language skills. Portuguese and German language skills are considered an asset. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, able to take initiative, and capable of turning ideas into concrete actions. Nice-to-have skills include experience in a growing operational environment, experience in creating or structuring HR processes, and experience leading HR projects. Additional training in recruitment, skill development, or project management is a plus. A strong interest in digitalization and process improvement is also valued. The role is suited for someone who enjoys building and improving processes rather than just maintaining them.
