The Manager, Critical Infrastructure, Healthcare & Education will steer growth for a firm that supports customers in those regulated sectors. You will guide account teams through the full Go‑to‑Market cycle, shaping executive engagements with decision‑makers and C‑level leaders while fostering a culture of empowerment, coaching and accountability. Day‑to‑day you will develop and transform the team to match industry and client demands, handling hiring, retention and talent development. You will apply market expertise to uncover solutions that create new opportunities, navigate local trade, regulatory and policy landscapes, and remove obstacles for sales partners across geographic regions. What the role asks for: - Bachelor's Degree and extensive experience in Swiss regulated Critical Infrastructure, Healthcare, Education - Solid people leadership experience - Proven ability to build high‑performing teams - Effective leadership across complex matrix organization - Success managing strategic enterprise accounts and executive relationships - Experience leading cloud, security, data and AI transformation initiatives - Fluency in German - Fluency in French
