2027 Internship – Corporate & Institutional Clients - Zurich

UBS, a worldwide leader in wealth management and universal banking, is opening a six‑month, paid internship for 2027 within its Corporate & Institutional Clients division in Zurich. The placement sits in the Employee Share Ownership Service (ESOS) team, where the focus is on assisting corporate clients' share‑based compensation programmes for employees, board members and plan participants. During the internship you will assist the team in processing client requests, liaising with both internal departments and external partners to resolve open issues, and helping to bring new corporate accounts on board. Tasks include gathering client information, opening accounts, verifying that all paperwork is complete, and preparing contractual documents for timely distribution. You will also contribute to the preparation of client communications and support the smooth flow of daily operations. The ideal candidate has already finished at least four semesters of a bachelor's programme (or a master's) and has graduated no more than six months ago. A strong academic record is required, with a minimum Swiss GPA of 4.5. Fluency in German and a good command of English are essential, while any extra language ability is considered a plus.
