Investor Relations Intern - January 2027 I Zurich

Ardian, a worldwide private‑markets firm with more than 350 investment professionals and $200 billion under management, is looking for an Investor Relations Intern to join its Zurich office in January 2027. The office, located on Bahnhofstrasse near Paradeplatz, houses over forty staff across investment, investor‑relations and support functions, and the intern will work directly with Ardian’s relationship managers for Swiss investors. The daily work will involve assisting the Investor Relations team in nurturing client connections and supporting fundraising initiatives across Switzerland. Tasks include gathering and preparing fundraising documentation in collaboration with product and investment groups, conducting market research on the Swiss investor base, and helping to plan and execute events and public‑relations activities. The intern will also adapt materials for high‑impact client presentations, handle administrative duties such as client paperwork and reporting, and lead occasional value‑add projects. Candidates must be final‑year university students or recent graduates with a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business, Finance or a related discipline, and they should have prior experience in financial services, consulting, marketing or a similar field. Fluency in German and English, both spoken and written, is required, while French is considered a strong advantage. The role demands a client‑focused mindset, high quality standards, strong multitasking and organisational abilities, proficiency with MS‑Office—especially PowerPoint and Excel—and the capacity to produce persuasive content, with data‑visualisation skills viewed as a plus.
