The day‑to‑day work involves assisting buyers, sellers and renters across Dubai, cultivating client relationships, showcasing properties and finalising transactions. Agents will rely on company‑supplied leads, marketing assets, an AI‑driven CRM and premium Property Finder tools, attend property viewings throughout the city and continuously develop a pipeline of buyers, tenants and landlords. Applicants must be prepared to move to Dubai within one to three months (or already reside in the UAE), have roughly six months of personal savings to support themselves while building a client base, possess a valid UAE driving licence or one that can be converted, demonstrate strong motivation, discipline and conversational skills, and be willing to work full‑time on‑site with no part‑time option. No previous real‑estate or sales background is required; a two‑week academy led by a UK‑certified trainer will bring newcomers up to speed. The role offers 50‑70 % of the agency fee per deal, paid daily, tax‑free and uncapped, with average earnings of AED 410,000 in 2025 and top performers reaching AED 10.5 million. McCone covers the RERA licence, employment visa and private health insurance, and provides AI‑powered CRM, marketing support and premium Property Finder packages. The office is located in Onyx Tower 2, The Greens, Dubai, shared by all teams.
