The company now showcases its collections in premier mountain resorts and major cities worldwide. For the winter season, the Zermatt shop seeks a Sales Associate to nurture relationships with an international clientele and help drive the boutique's commercial results. In this position you will greet guests, offer tailored advice and craft memorable shopping experiences that encourage repeat visits. Daily tasks include presenting the latest collections, explaining the brand's technical features, keeping the shop visually appealing, and handling routine operational duties such as stock checks, deliveries, replenishment, inventory counts and cash management. You will also work toward sales targets, monitor key performance indicators and support the overall performance of the outlet. The ideal candidate has already proven success in a customer‑facing role, preferably within retail, fashion, upscale hospitality or a similar service‑oriented environment. Fluency in English is essential, and you should demonstrate a genuine enthusiasm for selling, client relationship building and achieving commercial goals. Reliability, a professional demeanor and a proactive, hands‑on approach are required, as is the ability to work an 80 % seasonal schedule with flexible hours that include weekends, public holidays and peak periods. Additional assets include a good command of German, any other language skills, and prior experience in luxury or high‑end retail. The role offers an 80 % contract from December 2026 to mid‑April 2027, a monthly salary of CHF 3,800 plus bonus, and continuous training on products and retail techniques.
