Microsoft 365 Collaboration Engineer (80-100%)

In this role you will join projects that roll out, improve and keep Microsoft 365 collaboration tools running smoothly. You will shape technical architectures that use SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive and the Power Platform, work closely with departmental stakeholders, and produce up‑to‑date project documentation. Ensuring high availability and performance of the collaboration suite, you will partner with support teams to diagnose and fix issues, while also creating user guides and training sessions to boost adoption. Keeping abreast of the latest Microsoft 365 updates and industry best practices, you will look for ways to enhance productivity and user experience. The position requires at least an apprenticeship or university degree in computer science, engineering or a related discipline, together with a minimum of one year in a comparable role. Candidates must possess solid expertise in Microsoft 365, especially SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive and the Power Platform, and be comfortable automating tasks with PowerShell and the Microsoft Graph API. A good grasp of Microsoft Entra ID and Active Directory is essential, while knowledge of Exchange Online and relevant certifications such as Microsoft or CompTIA A+ are considered advantageous. Strong communication, teamwork and the ability to manage projects independently are also required, as is residence in Switzerland or willingness to relocate. Additional pluses include Exchange Online familiarity, formal Microsoft certifications and a proactive attitude toward continuous improvement.
