CRM Operations Specialist - Remote

The position of CRM Operations Specialist is a contract role performed entirely remotely, supporting a project that aims to refine sales operations and customer‑relationship management practices while feeding real‑world insight into emerging AI tools. The company focuses on improving next‑generation systems by leveraging deep expertise in CRM platforms and sales workflows. Day‑to‑day duties involve scrutinising and advising on CRM procedures, sales pipelines and automation logic across tools such as Salesforce and HubSpot. You will map current processes, pinpoint bottlenecks, and suggest enhancements, while also supplying concrete sales scenarios and feedback grounded in industry best practices. The job requires reviewing and annotating CRM records, data flows and user interactions to aid AI training, validating machine‑generated results for relevance, and helping craft documentation, guides and training content. Assessing data quality, spotting duplicates or gaps, and recommending steps to boost adoption, efficiency and consistency are also central tasks. Applicants must bring at least three years of practical experience in CRM or sales‑operations environments, with proven competence in Salesforce and/or HubSpot. A solid grasp of pipeline management, lead and opportunity handling, automation design and data integrity is essential. Strong analytical abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and clear written and spoken communication are required. Formal academic credentials are not mandatory; hands‑on platform fluency is the key criterion. Additional familiarity with systems such as Close, Apollo, Salesloft, Intercom, Freshdesk, Shopify, Crayon or Funnel is viewed favorably, as is prior involvement in software roll‑outs, CRM training, process‑improvement projects or sales‑enablement initiatives.
