EU SM Regional Marketing Manager

Becton, Dickinson and Company, one of the world’s biggest medical‑technology firms, is looking for a Specimen Management Marketing Manager to steer its EU regional strategy. The position sits within the EMEA Specimen Management Marketing Leadership Team and reports to the broader BD organization, guiding three European Product Managers while contributing to the EU Marketing Leadership Group. The day‑to‑day work involves shaping and executing a regional marketing plan that aligns with the Annual Strategic Review, coordinating with Omnichannel and Cluster Marketing teams to launch campaigns and new products, and ensuring promotional materials meet local compliance standards. The manager gathers market insights across the portfolio, translates them into business decisions, and works with regulatory and commercial groups to localize value propositions, pricing, and go‑to‑market mixes. Additional duties include driving commercial training, leveraging CRM data for segmentation, improving customer‑experience metrics, and supporting market‑access initiatives. Candidates must bring at least ten years of business or marketing experience in the life‑sciences or medical‑device sector, with a minimum of five years in product or marketing management. A bachelor’s degree is required, complemented by an MBA or a postgraduate qualification in marketing. The role demands strong technical marketing knowledge, proven team‑leadership in a large matrix environment, strategic agility, a customer‑centric mindset, and advanced omnichannel engagement skills.
