Work in Portugal: Video Content Analyst (Accomodation Support Available)!

The position is for a Video Content Moderator (French) on a global social‑media project, based in Lisbon, Portugal. You will help keep the platform safe by ensuring user‑generated short videos and related media follow community standards. Your daily tasks involve reviewing videos, images, text and audio; removing material that breaches policy; moderating comments, posts and user appeals; labeling and classifying content; checking compliance with platform and legal rules; reporting recurring moderation trends; and collaborating with policy and compliance teams on complex cases. The role requires native‑level French (C1) and at least B1 English. You must have strong attention to detail, solid analytical and decision‑making abilities, and be able to work independently. Comfort with repetitive tasks and willingness to work rotating shifts are also essential. Previous experience in moderation or customer support is considered a plus. The job includes exposure to sensitive material such as violence, adult content, hate speech and misinformation. Working hours are 40 hours per week on 8‑hour shifts with a 1‑hour lunch break.
