2026 Graduate Talent Program – Global FIM Key Deutschschweiz - CH

UBS, the world‑wide wealth manager and Switzerland’s leading universal bank, is opening a place in its Zurich office for participants in the 2026 Global Financial Intermediaries Graduate Talent Programme. The position sits within the Global Financial Intermediaries team for the German‑speaking region, which supports large external asset managers across Switzerland and Liechtenstein and aims to become the preferred partner bank in the local market. Each day you will partner with an advisor, handling a demanding set of client accounts. Tasks include preparing documentation for new accounts, processing fiduciary and term‑deposit transactions, executing foreign‑exchange trades, managing payment orders and account closures, and updating client master data. You will also coordinate upcoming maturities, act as the main liaison between clients, back‑office units and specialist groups, and become familiar with the full suite of Global Wealth Management products. The programme looks for candidates who have finished a bachelor’s or master’s degree in the past 18 months, achieved at least a 4.5 GPA on the Swiss scale, and are fluent in German with solid written and spoken English. Proficiency with standard MS Office and other IT tools, strong organisational abilities, a methodical work style, and the capacity to set priorities and stay composed under pressure are essential. Independence, responsibility, teamwork, quick comprehension and clear communication are also required. All study fields are welcome provided there is a genuine interest in finance.
