This position involves defining and implementing AI strategies, identifying customer needs, and translating them into actionable roadmaps for new features and services. The role also includes collaborating with various teams across Switzerland, Romania, Germany, and the United States to ensure seamless AI integration. The main responsibilities of the Product Manager AI Empowerment include driving AI initiatives from concept to implementation, working closely with Product Management and R&D teams, and acting as an AI ambassador. This involves enabling product teams to integrate AI without taking ownership of individual products. The role requires a deep understanding of data-driven products, software ecosystems, and machine-learning concepts, as well as the ability to translate AI capabilities into valuable applications. To excel in this role, candidates must have a degree in Chemistry, Biology, Engineering, or a related field. Experience in liquid handling, robotics, clinical diagnostics, and/or life sciences is essential. Proven practical experience in working with AI tools and a strong understanding of data-driven products and machine-learning concepts are also required. Fluency in German and strong English skills are mandatory for effective communication and collaboration. Nice-to-have skills include a proactive and hands-on approach, the ability to challenge existing approaches constructively, and a collaborative mindset.
