Accounting Bookeeper (Level 3)

The firm is now looking for a Level 3 Accounting Bookkeeper to reinforce its finance function in Israel. In this position you will handle the routine bookkeeping workflow, entering daily transactions and keeping the general ledger up to date. You will manage supplier invoices, payments, expense claims and receipts, carry out bank and account reconciliations, and assist with both month‑end and year‑end closing activities. Preparing basic financial statements and supporting schedules, maintaining orderly accounting files, and coordinating with internal teams, suppliers and external advisors are also part of the daily agenda, all while safeguarding accuracy, confidentiality and regulatory compliance. The role requires proven bookkeeping or accounting experience at a Level 3 standard, solid competence with Excel and accounting software, and a reputation for being organized, meticulous and dependable. Fluency in both English and Hebrew is mandatory.
