As a Customer Care Representative you become the primary conduit between the app and its users, helping them navigate their financial activities within a modern post‑banking setting. Your everyday work revolves around handling the bulk of inbound and outbound phone contacts—roughly seventy to eighty percent of the day—while delivering a courteous and professional experience. You will field questions and resolve issues linked to payments, savings and investment features, explain product details and processes in a clear and empathetic tone, and ensure that client instructions are executed accurately, especially when matters are urgent or complex. Every interaction is recorded in internal systems, and you will cooperate with fellow representatives and other departments to keep service seamless and to feed back ideas for improving the platform, all while respecting confidentiality and regulatory standards. The position requires a completed apprenticeship that grants a Federal Certificate of Competence, together with prior experience in customer‑service roles, ideally within financial services. Fluency in both English and French is mandatory; proficiency in Italian is strongly advised and German is considered a plus. A genuine interest in financial products such as stocks, ETFs and cryptocurrencies, solid verbal and written communication abilities, and comfort with standard office software and telephone systems are also essential.
