Senior Full Stack Developer

Delta Labs is a company that utilizes AI to simulate and predict consumer behavior at scale, building a simulation engine called Elaiia that generates AI Twins. As a Senior Full Stack Developer at Delta Labs, the main day-to-day responsibilities include designing and building production features across the full stack, integrating LLM APIs into production workflows, and building and operating long-running simulation workflows. The ideal candidate should have 4+ years of experience shipping production web applications in TypeScript, be strong in the modern React/Next.js ecosystem, and be comfortable reading and writing Python. They should also have experience designing relational database schemas and be curious about LLM integration. In addition to these must-have requirements, strong candidates may also have experience building AI-powered features, shipping LLM features with evaluation and observability, and building asynchronous job pipelines. They may also have worked in a high-velocity early-stage environment and have experience with multi-tenant systems and cloud infrastructure.
