Senior Project Manager - Principal Delivery

Turner & Townsend, a global firm that has delivered hospitals, railways, fuel infrastructure and data centres for more than 75 years, is looking for a Senior Project Manager to join its Principal Delivery team. In this position you will take ownership of projects from the initial concept through design, procurement, construction and hand‑over, working within an integrated delivery model that emphasizes real outcomes rather than just processes. Your daily work will involve steering construction and fit‑out programmes, overseeing cost, quality, schedule and risk to achieve the intended results. You will coordinate design, procurement and on‑site activities, act as the primary liaison for clients, and ensure clear communication throughout each phase. Managing contractor and supplier performance, supporting procurement strategies and addressing issues before they become problems are also key parts of the role, as is contributing to the continuous improvement of delivery standards. The role requires proven experience managing construction projects, preferably commercial office fit‑outs, with a solid grasp of the full project lifecycle. Candidates must demonstrate commercial awareness, budget control and cost‑management abilities, as well as experience handling contractors and supply‑chain relationships. Strong risk‑management, decision‑making and stakeholder‑communication skills are essential, together with a proactive, organised and solution‑focused attitude. A degree in construction, project management or a related field is required, and working towards or holding a professional accreditation such as RICS or APM is desirable. Fluency in both French and English, in reading, writing and speaking, is also mandatory.
