Corporate Compliane Intern (12 months)

The role is a Corporate Compliance Intern position at Sika, a global company based in Baar. The intern will work within the Corporate Compliance team for a 12-month contract, focusing on ethics, compliance, governance, and responsible business conduct. The main day-to-day responsibilities include supporting international compliance projects, developing and improving global initiatives, and contributing to compliance training and awareness activities. The intern will also research and analyze new regulations, create practical compliance tools, and prepare presentations and reports for management. Additionally, the intern will coordinate project activities from planning to implementation and progress reporting, and take ownership of individual assignments. To qualify, candidates must be currently pursuing or have recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Compliance, Law, Regulatory Affairs, Business Ethics, Governance, or a related field. Strong integrity, sound judgment, and a reliable, responsible working style are essential. Candidates should also have strong analytical and critical-thinking skills, be well-organized, and able to work independently while collaborating effectively with others. Fluency in written and spoken English is required. Nice-to-have skills include proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications and an interest in digital and AI-enabled tools. Previous experience through internships, student employment, volunteer work, international exposure, or extracurricular activities is beneficial.
