IOTA Group is seeking a Directeur de projet to support one of its partners in managing large infrastructure projects in Geneva. The company is expanding its project portfolio and needs to enhance its ability to structure and lead complex operations involving multiple teams and stakeholders. The main day-to-day responsibilities include defining the project's governance, roles, and responsibilities, particularly through a RACI matrix. The role involves coordinating various specialists and key stakeholders, managing the overall project schedule, anticipating risks, and implementing necessary actions. Additionally, the position requires overseeing contractual, budgetary, and scheduling issues, and representing the company's interests to the client, especially in discussions about additional time or financial compensation. The role also includes supporting team growth, fostering collaboration, and managing tensions inherent in complex projects. To be successful in this role, candidates must have proven experience in managing large, complex projects or programs. Strong skills in project governance, team management, risk management, and contract management are essential. The ability to take a step back, make decisions, and keep teams motivated in a demanding environment is crucial. Fluency in French and English is required. Nice-to-have skills include the ability to work well in a team and manage complex projects. The location is Geneva, Switzerland, with a full-time schedule of 5 days per week. The collaboration can be either a direct hire or an independent consulting mission.
